DP4000e Series (DP4400e, DP4401e, DP4600e, DP4601e, DP4800e, DP4801e)
The MOTOTRBO DP4000e series, Motorola’s professional-tier DMR portables, has been discontinued. Motorola Solutions confirmed the final order date as 31 March 2023, with the product no longer available to purchase. The DP4000e series has been replaced by the Motorola MOTOTRBO R7 series.
DP2000e Series (DP2400e, DP2600e)
The MOTOTRBO DP2000e series has been discontinued. Motorola Solutions announced the end of sale on 17 April 2025, with a last delivery date of 30 June 2025. The DP2000e series has been replaced by the Motorola MOTOTRBO R5 series.
DP4000 Series (DP4400, DP4401, DP4600, DP4601, DP4800, DP4801)
The original MOTOTRBO DP4000 series, which preceded the DP4000e range, has been discontinued and is no longer available. These models were first replaced by the DP4000e series and are now superseded by the Motorola MOTOTRBO R7 series.
SL4000e Series
The MOTOTRBO SL4000e, Motorola’s slim DMR portable for hospitality and customer-facing environments, was discontinued in 2019 and has not been directly replaced. The Motorola MOTOTRBO SL2600 is the closest current slim-form alternative, though it is a different product at a lower specification.
