2CL Communications has been approved as a supplier to Everything ICT, gaining accreditation in the Infrastructure category. Everything ICT operates fully-compliant, neutral vendor procurement frameworks and can also support below-threshold procurements, providing a trusted procurement route for schools, local authorities, NHS trusts, and a wide range of other public sector bodies across the UK.
For public sector organisations, the accreditation means procuring infrastructure solutions from 2CL no longer requires a separate open tender process. Everything ICT runs government-backed framework procurement routes with pre-agreed terms and conditions, giving clients a fully compliant route to award work quickly and with confidence. Approved by the Department for Education as part of its Find a Framework initiative, it is open to schools, colleges, universities, NHS trusts, local authorities, and a wide range of other public contracting authorities.
The Infrastructure category gives public sector clients a compliant route to procure CCTV and access control solutions from 2CL. Clients can either direct-award to 2CL or run a mini-competition with other pre-approved suppliers, depending on their procurement requirements. The approval follows a rigorous evaluation process assessing suppliers against value for money, compliance with public sector requirements, GDPR, and quality of service. All approved suppliers must commit to pricing terms that ensure clients cannot source the same products or services more cheaply through any other channel.
