Specialist Equipment
Hired Radio Communications can assist very different functions across varying locations and terrains. Creating a stable platform for communications is often critical to the success of an event which can often be initially hindered by poor signal strength due to location size, ground undulation or obstructions. It is therefore necessary to facilitate communications through select specialist equipment which is competently installed, programmed and tested prior to the event by fully qualified and accredited service engineers. Our Specialist Hire Equipment range is detailed below and upon the following pages.
Motorola MTR2000
This is a continuous duty, pre-packaged analogue station which can be used on both conventional and Trunking systems. When wider coverage is required, this unit repeats and boasts communications received. Compact Design helps optimize site space usage whilst on-site.
Icom IC-FR4100
This modern, compact and lightweight unit, when wider coverage is required throughout a site, repeats and boosts communications received so to enable a stronger signal across a larger distance from Icom Uk Ltd.
QTM Clark Mast
QTM pneumatically extended telescopic mast made from alluminium alloy complete with attached hand pump, are perfect for short term effective communication systems.
However, we are of course able to provide masts able to reach far greater heights when required.
Antennas
Antenna use, selection, and positioning will be determined when conducting your coverage survey.
