The Enhanced Radio System is a tailored solution that is built to support your operation. Multiple sites, multiple groups, integration to existing systems; just a few of the multitude of options available to the you to satisfy a particular need. The following is provided as an example.
To provide seamless communications for a security team and a maintenance team accross 2 buildings, 4 miles apart.
Client Need:
VoIP Data link using Client Lan / Wan
Radio calls initiated on site one are also heard on site two. Two user channels provide private use for Security and Maintenance with the ability to call between groups if necessary.
With a single security guard at each site during the night, they now have the ability to contact each other for assistance. A lone worker facility on the radio will automatically call the other radio user for assistance should either of the guards have an accident.
Maintenance teams can be contacted from any telephone at either site, directly to the two way radio and thus be called to attend jobs while on the move. Mobile phones can be eliminated, with associated costs and maintenance engineers can call office telephones to update staff on their movements with the estimated arrival time to clear the problem.
