Hired Radio Communications can assist very different functions across varying locations and terrains. Creating a stable platform for communications is often extremely important to the success of an event. Communications can be initially hindered by poor signal strength due to location size, ground undulation or obstructions. Therefore, it is important to enable communications through the correct choice of equipment which 2CL can provide. However, any problems that occur can almost always be attributed to negligent installation and engineering. The first step in establishing good communications across larger areas is a coverage survey which ensures quality of signal strength as well as identifies problem areas which may require supporting infrastructure. With any hire, 2CL will program your radios to a configuration which best suits your operation as well as ensure that the equipment and frequencies you use comply with all regulations set and policed by OFCOM. Not only will we manage your hired radios frequencies, but we could manage those on your site as well in order to reduce the possibility of cross-channel interference and prosecution from illegal frequency use. It is essential that you use the correct equipment for your requirement. Our incredible depth of experience qualifies us to diagnose and integrate to achieve just that. Simulating successful Radio Communications is a science and it is because of this that we choose equipment that suits your needs and not our stock list. If you are operating a complex or task-critical radio system, you may require one of our technically qualified engineers to remain on site in order to provide engineering support and more importantly peace of mind. However, you may simply require assistance with radio allocation and handling which a member of our hire staff will gladly assist with. Throughout your hire with us, our service engineers will provide telephone support having initially configured your equipment or on-site support if so required. All our Radio Communications Systems and bespoke solutions are installed and de-installed by our highly trained engineers if required or requested. We are able to provide a simplistic solution for logging your radios to and from on-site personal.

On each of our hired radios, a label with a white panel is attached to the front within which you can write with Permanent or Washable Ink so to differentiate or number your radios. N.B. Please do not stick your own labels on our radios. Our hire fleet is equipped with a Radio Trunking System providing functionality including individual, group and all call facilities programmable to your organisations needs. Features also include telephone interconnect.
